In total 16 partners from industry, academy and marketing will drive 'Bioactivity and Health' in Baden-Württemberg within the new network. The Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum will coordinate this consortium beginning in August 2010 to establish and strengthen this network on an enduring basis.

Main task of varionostic will be to bring light on scientific verifiability to outcome of plant compounds which are conducive to good health. For this purpose diet and epigenetics will be correlated.
